“I always use my music as a form of artistic expression, and I see now that Black artists and rappers don’t have that freedom. “You know, this isn’t about just me or YSL,” Williams said in the clip. Williams has pleaded not guilty to all eight charges. While 14 of the people charged in the indictment, including Williams, will be tried this year, eight others, including Kitchens, have taken plea deals.
